These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Predicase, a software service operated by Lumenthis Labs LLC ("Lumenthis Labs", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in the United States. By creating an account or using Predicase you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Predicase is a web-based tool for searching, comparing, and organizing FDA 510(k) clearance data. It is intended for use by regulatory affairs professionals, medical device founders, and related professionals. Predicase is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
You must create an account to use Predicase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Predicase.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse or fraud, or remain inactive for an extended period.
Predicase is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are described at predicase.com/pricing. Prices are in US dollars.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access is limited unless you subscribe.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@predicase.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except as required by law.
You may upgrade your plan at any time — changes take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period and are managed through the Stripe billing portal.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled and access to paid features may be restricted.
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice. Price changes apply at your next renewal. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Predicase and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lumenthis Labs LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The FDA 510(k) data accessible through Predicase is public domain data from the U.S. government.
You retain ownership of any content you create within Predicase (projects, notes, custom labels). You grant us a limited license to store and display that content to operate the service.
Your use of Predicase is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Predicase is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or complete. FDA data is sourced from openFDA and reflects the information available in that database — we make no guarantees about its completeness or accuracy.
Predicase is a research tool. It does not constitute regulatory, legal, or medical advice. Users are solely responsible for their regulatory submissions and decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumenthis Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Predicase, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumenthis Labs LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Predicase, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of Predicase after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
