Predicase is operated by Lumenthis Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Predicase, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. By using Predicase you agree to this policy.
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed — we never store it in plain text). If you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.
We collect information about how you use Predicase — searches you run, predicates you view, projects you create, and PDFs you export. This is used to operate the service and improve it.
We store the projects and predicate shortlists you create — which are lists of FDA K-numbers you have bookmarked. We do not store submission documents, device specifications, or client information you do not explicitly enter into Predicase.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank details. We receive and store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your access to the service.
If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence to respond to you and improve the service.
We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used for security, debugging, and service operation.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (such as billing records, which Stripe retains per their policies).
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Predicase uses session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. We do not use analytics services that track you across sites.
